For orders with delivery within the European Union, the payment can be made by card through the PayU platform or by bank transfer.

We will deliver the products you have chosen via express courier (FedEx or GLS), ensuring they reach you safely and quickly.

Shipping costs:

✅ 23€ for orders under 200€;

✅ 14€ for orders between 200-400€.

External package delivery starts from the moment the package leaves the Cupio headquarters (not from the time of placing the order).

Order collection: 1-2 business days from order processing.

Package delivery: 1-3 business days from the identification, selection, and packaging of the products.

The delivery time for packages also depends on the delivery company, option manually selected by each customer.
