Binacil Eyebrow and Eyelash Dye - Light Brown 15ml
This product is specially formulated to perfectly match people with blonde hair or fair skin tones.
One tube contains 15g of BINACIL dye for eyebrows and eyelashes, enough for approximately 40 applications, and comes with a stick for mixing and application.
IMPORTANT: It is essential to use the BINACIL oxidant (item no. 23961) for mixing to maintain the product's properties.
TIP: The reaction time for BINACIL eyebrow and eyelash dyes is only 2 minutes after lash lamination!
