Method of application:
Use Cupio eyelid makeup base to intensify the shades and to prolong their wear.
For a blended look, use a blending brush.
To achieve an intense color, apply the desired shade with a flat brush.
Apply glitter shades with your ring finger for the desired intensity.
The colors can be used both dry and wet.
