Description
Foil Gel is a special gel designed for the transfer foil technique. It is particularly used for applying full nail foil (covering the entire nail) or for application on a defined area with a larger surface.
After curing, Foil Gel provides a highly adhesive layer, ensuring the perfect transfer of the design from the transfer foil to the nail.
Application:
- Apply a thin and even layer of Foil Gel over the entire nail surface (for full nail decoration). If you want to transfer a design only to a specific portion, apply Foil Gel using a painting brush on the desired surface or design.
- Cure for 60-90 seconds in an LED lamp or 3 minutes in a UV lamp.
- Apply the transfer foil.
Recommendations and Tips:
- Depending on the color of the transfer foil or the design specifics on the foil, consider applying a colored gel that complements it before using Foil Gel: either a color close to that of the foil or, conversely, a lighter color for contrast.
- In the case of full nail application, after completing the transfer, finish the sides and the nail tip with a file, ensuring that there is a clean 0.5-1 mm area (without foil) around both the cuticle area and the tip and sides of the nail to seal the nail perfectly.
- If the finish cannot adhere to the gel applied before the foil and remains solely on the surface of the transfer foil, there is a risk of the foil peeling off later.
