Description
Foil Gel is a special gel designed for transfer foil techniques. It is particularly used for applying full-nail foil (covering the entire nail) or for application on a larger, defined area.
After curing, Foil Gel ensures a highly adhesive layer, guaranteeing the perfect transfer of the design from the foil onto the nail.
Application Instructions:
- Apply a thin and even layer of Foil Gel over the entire nail surface (for full-nail decor). If you wish to transfer a design onto a specific area, use a detail brush to apply Foil Gel only where desired.
- Cure for 60-90 seconds under an LED lamp or 3 minutes under a UV lamp.
- Apply the transfer foil.
Tips and Tricks:
- Depending on the color of the transfer foil or the specifics of the design, choose to apply a colored gel underneath the Foil Gel to enhance the result. Use a shade similar to the foil's color or, for contrast, a lighter shade to make the design stand out.
- For full-nail application, after transferring the design, gently refine the edges and the nail tip with a file. Ensure that a 0.5-1 mm clean margin (without foil) is left at the cuticle area, edges, and tip. This allows for perfect sealing of the nail. If the topcoat cannot adhere to the gel applied before the foil and only adheres to the foil surface, the foil may peel off over time.
