Waxing Wax

Waxing or sugar-based hair removal is an exceptionally old practice. It is known that in Ancient Egypt, the symbol of beauty was a smooth, slender body, without any hair. From there, the custom spread to ancient Greeks and Romans, being abandoned in the 16th century at the request of Catherine de Medici who imposed on her ladies-in-waiting not to remove unwanted hair.

Nowadays, this custom, aspired to by the ancient Egyptians, is practiced not just by women, but even by some men.

Removing unwanted hairs from areas such as the underarm, legs, or groin is a care habit that requires monthly visits to the beauty salon, but which can also be practiced at home.

Traditional waxing wax or waxing wax refills are used by many women for removing unwanted hair at home. The difference between the two is that the former requires a special container for heating the wax, while the latter – the wax refill – can be inserted into a small device that facilitates the melting process.

The waxing wax used for removing unwanted hair from the skin is a method opted for by most women, as it ensures smoother skin for a longer period of time, unlike removing hair with the help of a razor blade.
