HOW DO I BUY
Selecting the Product
First, you need to search or navigate the website until you find the product you want. The keyword search box is located on almost every page in the store. You will also find, on almost every page, the categories of products listed in our online store. When you find a product that sparks your interest, click on the name or image of the item to open the product presentation page.
Selecting the Desired Products
Once you've found a product you wish to purchase, press the "ADD TO CART" button. You will then be automatically directed to the Shopping Cart view page, where you can see the list of existing products in the cart, modify the quantities you want to buy, or give up one, several, or all of the products added to the cart. To return to the website and add other products to the cart, press the "CONTINUE SHOPPING" button.
Adding Products to the Shopping Cart
If you wish to order a product, press the “ADD TO CART” button located in the top right side of the product presentation page. Use the navigation bar links or the "CONTINUE SHOPPING" button to continue searching for products until the shopping cart contains all the products you wish to order. You can access your cart at any time by pressing the specific icon (the cart) located on the right side of every page in the store.
Shipping Information
To complete your order, press the ‘FINALISE ORDER’ button. If you are a new customer, you will first need to create a user account by filling out the registration form on the page. This process will take no more than 1-2 minutes, after which you can finalise your order. If the payment information is different from the shipping information, select the option "Complete a new payment address" and enter the desired information.
Finalising the Order
To place the order, select your preferred payment method and use the "Order comments" field, which will allow you to send additional information. Once you've made sure that you agree with our Terms and Conditions, press the "Submit Order" button to go to the next step.
Depending on the characteristics of your order and the options available, you may be asked to choose a particular delivery method, which may be associated with certain transport costs. You will be able to view the value of delivery costs before finalising your order.
Discount Vouchers
- For orders between 100-300 lei, you will receive a GIFT Voucher of 5% (valid for your next order with us);
- For orders between 300-700 lei, you receive a GIFT Voucher of 10% (valid for your next order with us);
- For orders over 700 lei, you receive a GIFT Voucher of 15% (valid for your next order with us);
When the discount offered by the gift voucher is applied to the purchases, you will receive another gift voucher related to the actual amount paid.
Promotional campaigns do not cumulate with other offers, promotions, discounts, vouchers, bonus points, etc.
The shipping fee is calculated at the actual amount paid, after applying the discount coupon.
