KLINOZYME is a concentrated tri-enzymatic detergent, specially created to ensure efficient cleaning of instruments and medical devices in the medical-surgical environment. KLINOZYME offers an innovative formula that contains a tri-enzymatic blend (amylase, protease, lipase) and a mix of surfactants with excellent wetting, micellizing and low foaming capacity.
How to use:
This product can be used for manual, automatic cleaning or in ultrasonic baths for medical instruments and medical-surgical devices.
For maximum efficiency, use as a ready-to-work solution with a concentration of 0.25% or 0.5%. For example, to prepare 1 liter of a 0.5% solution, mix 5 ml of KLINOZYME with 995 ml of drinking water. It is recommended to use the ready-to-use solution at temperatures between 25÷30°C, with a contact time of 5 minutes. For instruments with large deposits of organic material, you may increase the contact time up to 15 minutes or use a concentration of 1% or 1.5%.
For cleaning, place the instruments or detachable elements in the ready-to-use solution, ensuring that the liquid completely covers all surfaces. For voids or lumens, fill them entirely with liquid.
After the contact time, rinse with warm water under a moderate jet. For areas with visible residues, you may use a cloth or a soft and clean sponge. If significant organic deposits remain, repeat the cleaning procedure as described above.
The cleaning solution can be reused for up to 72 hours or until it becomes too dirty, at which point it should be replaced. Avoid mixing with other cleaning agents or disinfectants.
It is recommended to immerse dirty instruments in the solution immediately after use, as the drying of organic residues can make subsequent cleaning more difficult.
KLINOZYME is compatible with a variety of materials, including stainless steel, copper, aluminum, zinc, glass, ceramic, Teflon, plastic, and rubber. It does not discolor, stain, or bleach.
After cleaning the instruments, cold chemical disinfection/sterilization is necessary, depending on the materials used.
