Delivery options

The delivery of our products will be made by courier. The delivery cost is automatically added to your order. As a rule, the larger the order, the lower the transport cost. For large orders above certain thresholds, the delivery is free.

Order collection takes place within 24-48 hours, on working days.

Parcel delivery takes place in 48-72 hours, on working days. You will be notified by text message when the parcel leaves the Cupio headquarters.

Transport fees - Romania

  • For orders over 250 RON, delivery is free.
  • Orders between 0 - 70 RON - 15 RON.
  • Orders between 70 - 250 RON - 10 RON.

 

Transport fees - other European Union countries

  • For orders over 2000 RON, delivery is free.
  • Orders under 1000 RON - 100 RON.
  • Orders between 1000-2000 RON - 50 RON.

 

The delivery of external parcels is made from the moment the parcel leaves the Cupio headquarters and not from the moment the order is placed. The delivery time for the parcels is displayed when placing the order and depends on the courier option manually chosen by each customer.

For shipping to the United Kingdom (U.K.), the processing time is longer.
For shipments to a non-EU member country, in addition to the costs associated with the parcel and transport costs, customs duties will also be added.
Additional information will be sent by email.

The delivery fee is calculated based on the amount paid, after applying the discount coupon.

Payment methods

Cash on Delivery

The value of the order will be paid upon receipt of the product, to the agent of the courier company. You will receive a receipt for the amounts paid.

Corporate customers also have the option to pay by bank transfer.

Online with a bank card throughPayU (Visa/Visa Electron/MasterCard/Maestro)

If you have chosen to pay "Online by bank card", you need to fill out a form with your card information, on the payment processor’s secure page.

By completing the Order, the Buyer agrees that all data provided by him, necessary for the purchase process, are correct, complete and true at the time of placing the Order.

We will need the cardholder's name, card number, CVV code, and expiration date to process card payments. This information is necessary for processing the payment and completing the order.

This information will remain saved in the client’s account if the ‘Save the card’ box is checked. This information can be deleted at any time by checking the ‘Delete Token’ box.

The Seller can cancel an Order made by the Buyer, following a prior notification addressed to the Buyer, without any subsequent obligation of any party towards the other or without any party being able to claim damages from the other in the following cases:

  • non-acceptance of the transaction by the issuing bank of the Buyer's card, in case of online payments;
  • invalidation of the transaction by the card processor agreed by CUPIO, in case of online payments;
  • the data provided by the Client/Buyer on the website are incomplete and/or incorrect.

In case of online payments, the Seller cannot be held responsible for any other additional costs incurred by the Buyer, including but not limited to currency conversion fees applied by the issuing bank of his card, if the currency differs from RON. The responsibility for this action lies only with the Buyer.

Payments with credit/debit cards issued under the Visa and MasterCard logos (Visa/Visa Electron and MasterCard/Maestro) are made through the "3-D Secure" system, developed by organisations which ensure that online transactions have the same level of security as those carried out at ATMs or in the physical store. "3-D Secure" ensures, first of all, that no information related to your card is transferred or stored, at any moment of the process, on the online store's servers or on the payment processor's servers, this data being directly introduced into Visa and MasterCard systems.

Parcels delivered outside Romania do not benefit from the cash on delivery payment method. They can only be paid online with a bank card.

Useful information

Orders can be made both by phone and online. Phone orders do not have priority. All orders are collected in the order they were placed by customers (regardless of whether they are placed by phone or on cupio.ro).

Orders are not confirmed by phone! Customers receive by email (the email address written when placing the order) the status of the order and when it is delivered from the Cupio headquarters.

For any changes to the order, please contact us by phone or send us an email! Although such cases are rare, we cannot guarantee the constant existence in stock of all the products presented on the website, therefore it is possible that a certain order may not be delivered. However, we assure you that we strive to avoid such problems.

Mentions regarding possible problems related to the integrity and/or content of certain parcels are made at the time of receipt of the parcel in the presence of the representative of the courier company and a report will be drawn up. Any subsequent claims regarding these aspects are null and void.

Electrical appliances service

For electrical products or other products that carry warranty, the service is performed at our headquarters in Timisoara, Str. Costache Negruzzi no. 22, Timis county. Electrical devices that will need repairs will be sent to the above-mentioned address.

The transport cost will be divided between you and Cupio, as follows:

- the parcel will be sent to us using only the Cargus SRL courier company, with the specification "payment at the recipient, according to the contract" (this specification will be written using these exact words). Any parcel sent by another courier company with cash on delivery will be refused.

- after repairing or replacing the defective product, we will send you back the product and the transport fee will have to be paid in cash on delivery, by you.

Devices that need repairs must be placed in the original box and have no signs of falls or jolts. Devices that cannot be repaired will be replaced with new ones.
