A transfer-resistant eyeliner pencil with a creamy texture and intense pigmentation.
Apply to the eyelids at the base of the lashes, it is ideal for drawing precise and contoured lines.
The creamy and dense texture allows for very easy and defined application. The creamy formula enables even blending. (note: blend immediately after application, as it dries and becomes very resistant).
Can be used as a base for eyeshadow, or alone, to create a smokey eye effect.
The formula does not smudge, is waterproof and lasts all day long on the eyelids.
