The Welloxon Perfect cream developer is specially designed for Wella Koleston Perfect hair color. Thanks to its creamy texture, the spread of the dye from the roots to the tips is uniform. The developer ensures a homogenous consistency with perfect adhesion.
It is easy to use and ensures intense and shiny colors.
Directions for use:
Mix Koleston Perfect color with the developer. The recommended mixing ratio is 1:1 (example: 60g Koleston Perfect dye + 60g developer). Exception: Special Blonde, where the mixing ratio is 1:2 (example: 60g Koleston Perfect Special Blonde dye + 120g developer).
Development time:
Pure Naturals / Rich Naturals / Deep Browns / Vibrant Reds: 30-40 minutes.
Special Blonde: 50-60 minutes.
Choosing the developer:
12% 40 Vol. developer - for lifting up to 3 levels.
9% 30 Vol. developer - for lifting up to 2 levels.
6% 20 Vol. developer - for lifting up to 1 level. Covering white hair.
4% 13 Vol. developer - same level or darker. For intense results on natural hair without white hair.
